Use 16 mm MDF as a backing board, for example.
Our Flex surfaces are pressed onto 16 mm MDF backing boards as follows.
Glue: PVAC white glue
Pressing temperature: 60 degrees
Pressing pressure: 120 bar for board format 2500 x 1200 mm
Pressing time: 4 minutes
1. Press 2 x 0.5 mm veneer layers to form 1 mm thick veneer.
2. Apply the pressed thick veneer to the reverse side.
3. Leave the board to rest flat with the veneer side facing upwards for 1 day.
4. Sand the reverse side.
5. Glue the corrugated surface to the front side.
6. After pressing, lay the panels flat with the corrugated surface facing upwards.
7. Allow the panel to cool.

We exclude any warranty claims.
The results of the work must be assessed by the processor themselves.

Answer:
The bending radius may vary depending on the profile, type of wood and batch.
We recommend that our customers check the bending radii themselves using a sample, as this is the safest method.
In addition, each processor handles pressing onto moulded parts in different ways.
We would be happy to send you a sample for trial pressing.
It is advisable to heat the Flex material before pressing.
